i only don't understand how i can install? it's just one file according to my unzipper and if i put it in ~/.themes it's not visible in config (like it really is on your screendump) :S
can you help me out??

yep! just extract Ashen_II_by_p0ngbr.bz2 on .themes dir (i.e. /home/p0ng/.themes) and go to Xfce Settings Manager (Window Manager section) to choose
