You need the lili! GTK theme (sorry gtk2 only - [link] ) and Lambda XFCE theme (this theme). Extract the files on .themes directory (/home/user/.themes for example - create if doesn't exist) and choose it on XFCE Settings -> Window Manager (for window border theme) and Apperance (for the window button and widgets).
